Very happy with services provided. Staff have been obliging,friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable of places,prices quoted has been fair. We travelled from UK and wished we knew them earlier but none the less happy to have used their services and definately will be using them again. We came across Shazali on Facebook and got in touch, to which he responded very quickly and offered a much more affordable price to take us from Kuala Lumpur to the sanctuary and back again. We were picked up from our hotel the next morning and felt comfortable in the car as he drove safely on the highway. Having no phone to make calls in Malaysia, we had also requested if he could also book us the opportunity to bathe the elephants, and Shazali made life super easy and sorted everything out for us. Once we arrived, we were guided around the sanctuary and he also paid for us to feed the elephants, which was a very nice gesture!
