Date of experience: December The Villages, Florida contributions 95 helpful votes. Great local culture venue. I visited Skansen the first Sunday in December. That particular day was one that had the Christmas Market. This allowed for a lot of fun visting the various stands and seeing the performances of a local band and dancers.
