The fitness guru, who was born in , is married with two children, and his wife is 21 years younger than him. With his flawless skin and sculpted figure, it's hard to believe that Donovan is just three years away from his sixtieth birthday. But the quinquagenarian has devoted his life to fitness and says it's exactly that which keeps him in good shape.
We've been together for 18 years. Fifty-eight-year-old Greg says he owes his enviable physique to Pilates and following the Ketogenic Diet - a high fat, low carb eating plan. The UK national, who has lived in Belgium for 28 years, teaches both yoga and Pilates and says people often mistake him for someone several years younger. Greg says he follows strict principles in order to stay in shape - and that includes avoiding any food that might 'accelerate ageing'.
The results can be pretty amazing at any age. Greg owes his enviable physique to Pilates and following the Ketogenic Diet - a high fat, low carb eating plan. I usually quote my Australian uncle who said that the Devil always takes good care of his own'. He also says it's vital to drink plenty of water - 'most of us are under-hydrated and it shows up in our skin and in our general health' - and to make sure we don't spend too long sitting down, by moving around at least every 20 minutes.
It's incredibly easy and works wonders. He also puts his youthfulness down to having a loving relationship.
He also recommends taking vitamin supplements and practicing regular meditation. Billy, Hughes has a gruelling exercise regime and works out five times a week plus teaching fitness classes. Billy's gruelling training regime consists of weights, cardio, high-intensity workouts and 'loaded marching' - an army-style exercise which involves carrying 15kg of weights over a distance. At 48, Billy has a fitness regime that would put most of us to shame. He says he has a 'positive, fun energetic view' of living life, which came in useful after he was diagnosed with testicular cancer in I feel like have been violated for almost 20 years.
