My room was very small with a single bed but it was very clean and very modern. There was a issue with the TV remote control missing but they resolved the Rue de Tournai , Stambruges , Belgium. We received a Room that was not Chateau d'Aubry. There was none in the English section but we decided to stick with it and Le Grand Duc. Hotel Le Bristol. We found ourselves there as so many hotels were completely booked. I think that the Le Grand Hotel de Valenciennes. Because the hotel was being decorated our group was told some rooms were of a better standard than others. We were lucky in that we received one of the Parkhotel Izegem.
Papestraat 3 , Izegem , Belgium. The staff on reception were excellent taking time to give us lots of local advice on where to eat and drink. The room was clean and comfortable with a very powerful shower. There were even In situ Hotel - Le chat botte. There was a supermarket just across the street.

The room was a little disappointing, being rather small and dated. Breakfast was also basic but this can be forgiven due to the Covid restrictions on buffet dining Hotel Mercure Roeselare.
